David McKechnie is a Gloucester Rotarian, and he would like to come and speak about their international project at a school in Rwanda and see if some other clubs would like to piggyback with them to get a big project underway. .  David is very involved with the school personally (he and his wife along with 4 other Valmark Securities offices raised $25,000.00 to buy property to build a school on a hill in Rwanda).  They have continued to support the school with additional buildings and projects and now they are building a medical clinic near the school to support the school and surrounding area and seeking support for a much-needed generator.  David just visited the school in the Spring of 2022.  We have lots of pictures and videos we could share.
