Peep Hunt

Rob & Rachel go on a peep hunt.

  

Last Sunday my daughter Rachel and I were mountain biking in Willowdale State Forrest. Coming up over a rise we were surprised to find dozens of marshmallow peeps attached to the trees and some small painted rocks. One was a picture of a bunny. The other said FREE THE PEEPS! What a hoot.  I was so happy to see that someone took the time and effort to bring some joy to all the other passers by who took the time to stop. It left me with this thought. No matter what, there will always be beauty and creativity in the world. We've all heard that the only things we can ever be sure of are death and taxes,. Well I think we need to add beauty and creativity to the list. Perhaps a bit harder to see sometimes, but it will always be there. I hope to see you all in the morning. Rob
