Setup, serving, and cleanup at Open Door's dining room.

The Manchester Essex Rotary will join with the Rotary chapters in Gloucester, Rockport and Ipswich-Rowley.  We begin at 6:00 pm, with socializing and delicious food.  At 7:30 we will be treated to a performance of The Hombres, a play by Tony Meneses.  

Join the Manchester Essex Rotary Road Team to ride either 25 or 50 miles, proceeds to benefit Greenbelt, Essex County's Land Trust.  Please contact Ron Parker with any questions or to join. the team.

Cook and serve breakfast at the Grace Center.

Chief McNeilly will give an update on the workings of the department in 2024.

James McNeilly, Chief of the Manchester Fire Department, will update club members on issues his department is working on.

Please join us and learn about the plan Manchester has proposed to meet the MA MBTA Zoning rules.  Thie issue will be considered at the Special Town Meeting November 18.

46th annual Essex Lions Turkey Trot 5K.  Register for race at  www.essexmalions.com.  For those not racing, we are looking for volunteers to help out.

Honorary member Debbie Marcus will be visiting from Vermont to tell us about Rotplast, Rotary's program for providing cleft palate surgical services to people all over the world who otherwise would not be able to get this life changing procedure.  Debbie served on 2 Rotoplast missions as a non-medical volunteer and will tell us about upcoming opportunities.  Also speaking will be Terry Curran, current chair of an April mission to teh Phillipines.

Meet at Walmart to spend $500 of club funds for gifts for boys and $500 for gifts for girls.  In the past we've broken up into guys and girls groups to do the buying but we can do whatever this year's team wants.

Pathways for Children | Family Services in Northeast Massachusetts

We will meet at the Manchester Athletic Club, and our hosts will talk about the club and its plans.

At the Annual Meeting we will elect new officers and directors so very important we have a quorum!! After this business we will have a wonderful meal and exchange gifts.

This is our recurring service opportunity at First Baptist Beverly.  Please sign up for either shift or both.  Parking lot behind building -- access on Hale St.

Ron will provide us an update on Rotary Youth Leadership Awards, Rotary Leadership Institute and open District positions our Chapter members may be interested in filling.

Ron Block, District Secretary and Assistant Governor, will join us to give us a District update, including open District positions, Rotary Youth Leadership Awards and Rotary Leadership Institute.  We will also be joined by Kat  Chrzanowski, who will tell us about her plans for an art studio in Manchester, which will offer artt classes and community events.
