What: The 29th annual town-wide Pancake Breakfast
When: June 30, 7:30-11am, rain or shine
Where: Tuck's Point, Manchester-by-the-Sea, free parking for non-residents
Why: start or renew a family tradition, memories are priceless
Tickets are $10 in advance, $12 at the door; kids under 8 eat free
